Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy for Courses and Event Tickets

At Axiom Training Group, we strive to provide exceptional experiences through our courses and events. To ensure transparency, we have implemented the following Non-Return and Non-Refund Policy:

  1. No Returns or Refunds

    • All sales of courses and event tickets are final.
    • Refunds will not be issued once a purchase is completed, regardless of attendance or participation.

  2. Credit for Future Events and Courses

    • If you are unable to attend a course or event, you may request to transfer your purchase as a credit toward a future course or event of equal or lesser value.
    • Requests for credit must be submitted at least 7 days before the event or course start date.
    • Credits will be valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

  3. Transferability

    • Tickets and course registrations may be transferred to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please notify us of the transfer at least 1 week before the event or course start date.

  4. Cancellations by Axiom Training Group

    • In the unlikely event that a course or event is canceled by us, you will have the option to receive a full refund or credit toward a future event or course.

  5. Special Considerations

    • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
